Outside windows are cleaned using a water-fed pole. The use of a water-fed pole provides a few advantages:

• Spot free windows.  Our state-of-the-art IPC Eagle filtration system takes tap water and converts it to "pure" water.   Once "pure” water is produced, the "pure” water is run thru a 3-story Unger pole to reach all the windows.  Feel free to ask and we will gladly give you a free demonstration as to the number of dirt particles in your tap water "before” and "after” our filtration system is used.  Outside windows are cleaned with 0 dirt particles per 1 million.
• No ladders.  No damage to the landscape.
• No soap.  We are 100% "Earth” friendly.

Inside windows are cleaned in the following manner:

• All sills, tracks and screens are cleaned
• At the start of the job, the screens are removed, placed outside and scrubbed.  Upon thorough drying, screens are placed back on the windows at the end of the job
• All windows are professionally cleaned using bio-degradable soap.
• All areas beneath windows are covered with protective padding to keep your home pristine
• Squeegees with a dab of biodegradable soap and a small amount of water are used to ensure a neat job
• Ladders, when needed, are fit with protective padding to protect your home

Commercial

Proper time and care is taken to ensure the safety of your customers and business

• Outside windows up to 3 stories are cleaned using a water-fed pole. Any excess water is removed to ensure safety of pedestrians passing by. Rarely are ladders used for outside windows
• Safety is of utmost importance. A few key points:
  • No ropes and/or scaffolding are used
  • Proper signage is used to protect job site
• Business liability insurance is $1M per incident and proof will be provided upon request
• If needed, services for construction clean-up are available
• Written quotes are provided within 48-hours
